Creating an Employer Brand to Attract Key Talent

Challenge

A specialist API manufacturer in the South West were looking for a recruitment partner with the expertise to source niche permanent talent across their site. They had previously struggled to hire due to competition in the local market and a lack of awareness of their employer brand.

Solution

We visited the facility to fully understand the requirements and the wider business. Using what we had seen, we collaboratively created a compelling narrative to discuss with candidates to market the business more effectively to the candidate market. Explaining the company’s culture, flexibility and progressions planned enabled us to attract a level of interest from relevant candidates the hiring managers had not previously seen. The result was Morgan Gray recruiting permanent staff across R&D, Engineering and Health & Safety.
