Challenge

An automotive manufacturer in the North West were looking for external support to recruit a range of positions in the plant created through successful tenders in the EV market. There was internal pressure to fill these requirements quickly to get the site to capacity.    

Solution

Working collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers we devised a plan to structure recruitment around priority hires. We positioned Morgan Gray as a genuine consultancy – advising on salary bench marking, local competitors and job descriptions.
