Multi-site Engineering Management hiring campaign

Challenge

A UK based, multi-site, packaging manufacturer was looking for a recruitment specialist to support the recruitment of 4 newly created Engineering Manager positions. Due to the geographic challenges of some of the locations there was a lack of directly transferable experience. 

Solution

We agreed to stage the recruitment for each requirement over we managed to provide a dedicated campaign for each position in each location. Utilising a tailored search process for each position we sourced applicants from agreed transferable industries (including automotive, aggregates, FMCG and pharmaceutical). All 4 positions were successfully filled by Morgan Gray. The result has the sites were able to expand their maintenance functions which has increased production through machine availability and reliability.
