Challenge
Based in a remote part of Scotland, a COMAH site for a large global manufacturer who historically struggled to attract core engineering talent to work at their facility.
Solution
Morgan Gray researched similar businesses within a 50 mile radius and pro-actively targeted Process Engineers. We also looked at candidates who had family or university ties to the area. A shortlist of 6 was submitted with 5 first interviews requested and attended. A round of second interviews were conducted with the selected candidate offered, accepted and able to start in time for a major capital investment project.
