Two Senior Management Appointments in London

Challenge

Morgan Gray supported a luxury food manufacturer in London with the hiring of two senior management roles within Health and Safety and Operational Excellence. Their existing suppliers had failed to provide shortlists due to market conditions and suitable talent  

Solution

Having qualified both positions in detail we provided potential alternate options in terms of industry and transferable skills. By considering candidates with chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience we were able to significantly widen the talent pool.       

For both positions, shortlists of 3 candidates were provided with all being invited on site for interviews. Offers were made and accepted for both positions within 3 weeks of Morgan Gray starting the search.
