Challenge

Due to a sustained period of growth combined with succession planning, a leading manufacturer of Oil and Gas components in Norfolk were looking to recruit 11 key hires in Engineering and Supply Chain. Having not recruited externally for some time, Morgan Gray were asked to provide market intelligence on salaries and role profiles.  

Solution

Utilising our candidate networks and referrals in East Anglia we worked in partnership with HR and department managers within the business to fill all eleven roles. Market analysis was provided at the start of each vacancy so CV review could be framed on what was expected and realistic within the local manufacturing market.

Both Supply Chain and Engineering departments are now fully staffed to meet current and future workloads. The campaign has created a long-term partnership between the business and Morgan Gray.
