Using technical understanding to staff £4m factory upgrade

Challenge

An aerospace business based on the South Coast approached us to source extra Production Engineering staff. They had recently undergone a multi-million pound factory investment to support a key customer and lacked the inhouse expertise to fully capitalise and deliver the product. 

Solution

We visited the site to fully understand the machinery, processes and systems involved. Using this information, we market mapped local organisations who have similar processes and generated a long list of relevant candidates.   

Over a period of 4 months we successfully recruited 2 Production Engineers and 1 Process Engineer who all had the niche technical and regulatory experience required.
