Our core service model is permanent hiring for mid to senior level talent across the majority of roles within manufacturing organisations. 

Contract

We have access to, and long-standing relationships with, professional contractors and interims across our core business sectors. We operate within a fully compliant model that supports working both inside and outside of IR35, as well as including detailed Statements of Work.

Retained

Retained Search is a successful model for both client and recruiter. It’s low risk, involving a flexible two-part payment model comprising a commencement fee followed by the balance when the candidate starts. The process can be tailored to the assignment, and enables us to maximise our collective resource to solve the particular recruitment challenge.
