Contract Electronics Design Engineer

Job description

A global, world leading organisation is seeking a Contract Electronics Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis to work at their site in Hampshire.

The Contract Electronics Design Engineer will be involved at all stages in the development of the companies innovative and high-tech product range.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and verification of electronic circuits
• Working closely with production to ensure designs are suitable for manufacture and test
• Design and development of test fixtures
• Schematic / documentation control
• Test plan generation

In order to be considered for this position candidates need to be degree qualified in Electronics Engineering or a closely related subject, and have proven digital design experience. It would be advantageous to have experience in any of the following areas: PCB Layout, Knowledge of EMC, VHDL, FPGA, Analogue design, RF, Embedded C.
